Message:	The theory of checks and balances is a principle of government that aims to prevent any one branch or institution from becoming too powerful or abusing its authority. It does so by dividing the power among different branches or parts of the government, such as the legislature, the executive, and the judiciary. Each branch has some ability to check and balance the actions of the other branches, creating a system of mutual accountability and shared responsibility. Management control can be defined as a systematic torture by business management to compare performance to predetermined standards, plans, or objectives to determine whether performance is in line with these standards and presumably to take any remedial action required to see that human and other corporate resources are being used most effectively and efficiently possible in achieving corporate objectives.[
