gained through meditation.”

The Buddha replied, “Nothing at all.”

“Then, Blessed One, what good is it.”

“Let me tell you what I lost through meditation: sickness, anger,
depression, insecurity, the burden of old age, the fear of death. That
is the good of meditation, which leads to nirvana.”

taking medicine is living with food as to say living without food
means living without medicine(life medicine) and so the doc says one
should take the medicine but his body and mind says leave the medicine
for the sake of goodwill to happen in the work area and so on..

one could think of a living without the need for food and hate all the
things including kin and kith and belong to a world of without words
and both old and modern culture seem to disappear. nowhere one could
find human beings with love and caring, passion and willingness to
help the needy, devotion and cunning to avoid misbehavior, invention
and patriotism to show brotherhood, forgiveness and greedy to take
away and many values of past life.
