The company is managed by its Managing Director & other Directors who actively take part in the day-to-day management of the company under the supervision of the board. The Managing Director, Shri A. Kannan, M.Com.,MBA, aged 55 years is a whole time director from the beginning looking after the day-to-day affairs especially customer relations, co-ordination, planning and development. The other directors are experts in loan management and recovery and are also experienced for more than two decades in this line.
He has been the president of the major community in this town, Attur, which has a total population of one lakh and he is keeping good relation with all the communities. His family is well known in the entire locality and nearby places for their tradition and credit -worthiness. He has been heading this finance business for the past 17 years with 100% recovery without any court proceedings. He is also taking active part in social service activities and religious functions and keeping good contacts with almost all the VIPs of the town and also the general public.
Apart from the above, he is regularly attending various seminars and training programmes conducted by Madras Management Association and othe professional bodies. The executives and staff are also given in house training by leading professionals and management experts on variety of subjects on a regular basis. Even the selection of staff is done by experienced professionals from metropolitan cities.
Shri S.S. Selvaraju, M.Tech., aged 60 years, is another director. He has served as software professional with Tata Consultancy Services and got experienced in software development in U.S.A., Australia and New Zealand. He is a whole time director in this company and he is looking after System Designs, MIS, Computerisation, HRD and also general administration.
Thus all directors are taking very active role with full concentration in the day-to-day affairs of the company for its smooth functioning and sustained growth.
